I have been wanting to build a 8 foot work bench for some time now. I finally scrounged up enough wood to complete the task for $0 thanks to a buddy of mine who gave me four 8 foot sections of 12x1 1/4" wood paneling for the top. The wood paneling came from a large oak wood book case from an old school. Worked perfect for the flat surface. Check out the handy work...Solid! On to working on projects now! :)
