Fake Rolex Resto???

I ran across this "Rolex" watch and picked it up for $29.  Currently not running and missing the band.  the watch runs on batteries so time to break out my watch repair tools and crack the case.  Would be great to find out the watch is real!!! :)  I have my doubts though.  If the watch runs with a new battery then I plan on wearing! "Excuse me sir??? Is that a fancy Rolex watch you are wearing while hammering, sawing and grinding in the garage????  How refined! :)"
