Kia Optima Plastidip Grill Project

Ok...I heard about plastidip recently and decided to give it a go on the grill of my 04 Kia Optima.  I removed the grill and washed the heck out of it and then waited until the grill was entirely dry then hit it with 3 coats of Plastidip. Magic presto...my grille looks better now!  I no longer have a grill that looks like it has been chipped to pieces from road stones!  My advice is to watch a few Youtube videos before you use this paint just to be sure you know what to expect and also to learn how to prep the piece you want painted.  My Optima is coming along and I have very little invested in it!  It is all about making something out of nothing!
